This Privacy Policy explains how SEO Mantis and the TpT SEO Analyzer extension collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our browser extension and web tools. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and being transparent about how we use your data.

Information We Collect

Authentication Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address for account identification. This helps us associate your subscription status with your account.

Product Information (Browser Extension)

The extension analyzes TpT product pages, but this data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. All analysis happens locally within your browser.

Store Audit Data

When you use the Store Audit feature, we process your uploaded CSV file to generate insights. The raw CSV file is never stored—we only save the analyzed results (product names, statistics, and recommendations) to your account so you can track your progress over time.

How We Use Your Information

Authentication

Your login information is used solely to provide you access to premium features and manage your subscription status.

Product Analysis (Browser Extension)

Product analysis data is used only for display within the extension interface. We do not collect, store, or analyze this data on our servers.

Store Audit Results

Audit results are stored in your account to enable progress tracking, historical comparisons, and quick access to your most recent analysis. This data is only accessible to you when logged in.

Data Storage

Local Storage

Most extension data and analysis results are stored locally on your device using Chrome's secure storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your browser.

Server Storage

We store the following on our secure servers:

• Email addresses and subscription status
• Store audit results (product names, statistics, recommendations)
• Audit timestamps and product counts

All server data is secured using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Your raw CSV files are never stored—they are processed in memory and immediately discarded after analysis.

Third-Party Services

Firebase

We use Firebase for authentication and secure data storage. Firebase may collect certain information as outlined in their own privacy policy.

Vercel

Our web application and API endpoints are hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs as outlined in their privacy policy.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe collects payment information according to their own privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Your Rights

Access Your Data

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at support@seomantis.com.

Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data (including all stored audit results) at any time by contacting us at support@seomantis.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format. Contact us to request an export of your audit history.

Data Retention

Store audit results are automatically retained for 12 months from the date of creation. After 12 months, audit data is automatically deleted from our servers to minimize data exposure and protect your privacy.

If you need to preserve specific audits beyond 12 months, you can export them as CSV files before they are automatically deleted.

You can request immediate deletion of any audit or your entire account data at any time by contacting support@seomantis.com. Account data for inactive users (no login for 24+ months) may be automatically deleted after notification.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this privacy policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
